Physicals
PCI offers sports participation physicals for school age children and college students! Sports participation physicals (only) are $100 and are private pay. Insurance will not be billed.
Other types of physicals, such as:
- Pre-employment: Pre-employment physicals can be scheduled at PCI Walk-in Care by calling (319) 247-3333.
- Well-child: Well child visits can be scheduled through PCI Family Medicine, (319) 364-7730, or PCI Pediatrics, (319) 247-3820.
- Annual check-ups for adults: Annual adult check ups can be scheduled through PCI Family Medicine, (319) 364-7730.
PCI does not offer DOT physicals.
