PCI Announces New Building Move Schedule
The following PCI clinics will be closed from noon, Wednesday, January 29 through Friday, January 31.
They will reopen Monday, February 3 in their new offices in Medical Pavilion 2:
Family Medicine will relocate to Suite 1110 (first floor) of Medical Pavilion 2. This includes the following medical providers

- Gina Perri, MD
- Tracy Alshouse, PA-C
- Erin Swailes, ARNP
- Jen Wittman, DNP, ARNP
Health Transitions Clinic will relocate to Suite 1110 (first floor) of Medical Pavilion 2. This includes:
Walk-in Care (formerly Specialty Care Now) will relocate to Suite 1120 (first floor) of Medical Pavilion 2. This includes:
Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation will relocate to Suite 2210 (second floor) of Medical Pavilion 2. This includes the following medical providers:
- Justin Gilbert, MD
- James Huber, DO
Podiatry & Foot Health will relocate to Suite 2230 (second floor) of Medical Pavilion 2. This includes the following medical providers:
- Rodney Dempewolf, DPM
- Michelle Dole, DPM
- Ryan McBride, DPM
The PCI Spine Center will be located in Suite 2230 (second floor) of Medical Pavilion 2. This includes the following medical providers:

Vascular & Endovascular Surgery will relocate to Suite 2210 (second floor) of Medical Pavilion 2. This includes the following medical providers:
