The third annual PCI Art Show and Sale will be held this coming Saturday, June 15, from 9 am – 3 pm, at PCI Medical Pavilion, 202 10th Street SE, Cedar Rapids. This year’s fine art show and sale will welcome more than 50 local artists and will span both the first and second floors of the 100,000 square foot medical pavilion. The event is free and open to the public.
“The PCI Art Show and Sale has been a local, grassroots effort to support greater Cedar Rapids area arts and culture. The show has grown tremendously over three years, becoming the third largest show offered in the immediate area, right behind the Marion Arts Festival and the Newbo Art Fest,” said Michael Sundall, PCI Chief Executive Officer. “With a variety of family-friendly events going on in the Downtown and MedQ Districts on Saturday, we expect it will be quite well attended.” Other events include the Downtown Farmers Market, the Cedar Rapids Fire Department 150th Anniversary Open House, an antique car show, and several events planned by the Historic Preservation Showcase at various locations.
