PCI received an affirmative vote of 6-3 by the Cedar Rapids City Council approving the Vacation Request and the Development Agreement at the October 26, 2010 Council Meeting.

It is the intent of the Physicians and staff of PCI to have all Cedar Rapidians proud of the Medical Mall, the Medical District and the City Council's decision.

Next Steps include but not limited to:

• Reinstitution of internal design process with BBL Architects.
• Finalize land lease
• Negotiate financing terms
• Start construction in 2011
• Occupation of the facility in 2013
