The Board of Directors of Physicians’ Clinic of Iowa is proud to announce that five PCI team members have been honored with the organization’s STAR awards. The STAR Awards are designed to recognize the consistent demonstration of positive Service, Teamwork, Attitude and Respect to patients, staff and physicians.
“Each one of the recipients has demonstrated complete commitment to the mission and values of PCI and we are very proud of their contributions,” said Michael Sundall, CEO of Physicians’ Clinic of Iowa.

She is always willing to help others and always has a smile on her face. Glenda has been called “the best greeter that there is” and her warm, caring personality and hard work contribute to the overall success of ENT.
Jan Appleton, LPN-ENT is a wonderful nurse and team player and started with PCI in July 1996. She proactively offers assistance in all areas of the clinic with positive attitude. Paula Castro, Orthopedics Reception started with PCI in August 2001 and is truly a hands-on supervisor. She can be most days anywhere but her office, because she is always lending support to her team and always does so with a smile.
